The Old Arden Tree

After seeing the meat there in front of me, my stomach growled. I sighed and got up walking to it and tore off a big enough chunk for me and carried it back to the rock.

I got to my paws and leaped down the rocks to the carcass. I ripped off meat and gulped it down, until I was full. It was a very large elk, with much more meat on it. I stretched and licked my lips. I padded to the river and lapped some water up and then trotted back to the rocks, I leaped up them again and spread out on my side.

I stripped the meat from the bone a took. Then gnawed on the bone.

Hassun looked at Scy, his golden eyes dull as he backed away and walked into the forest.
"'I need time alone, Scy" He sighed over his shoulder.

"Ok" Then I fall asleep feeling under the weather

My sides rose and fell as I flicked my ears and rested quietly.

I finished the bone and felt full. I got up and padded to the river to get a drink.

Settling down under a large tree, he watched the buds of wildflowers shift with the breeze. Scents of everything around the land filled his mind, giving him something to think about.

I slowly drifted off to sleep, my sides rising and falling.

I bent my head down and lapped big mouthfuls of the cool water.

I laid my head down thinking.

Catching a faint scent, he stood and trotted after it, silent and calm. The trees around him blurred until finally he stopped, his large paws inches away from the muzzle of an unknown wolf. (Silence)
' Who in the world...' he thought, backing into the bushes.

I yawned, lifting my head from the ground and slowly standing. My front paws splayed in front of me as I stretched, my mouth opening wide in a yawn.

I turned and walked to the soft grass and sat down.

I walked out of my den, distracted and ran into a tree. "Ooow." I whimpered.

Turning and walking away, his tail swished in the air as he glanced around. Thinking its safe to sleep here, he rolled on his side and closed his eyes.

I heard the wolf laugh and growled a bit.

I balanced delicately on a log, surveying the area. My ears flicked forward as I heard a growl, seeing some faintly familiar wolves.

I noticed Kyana
"hi Kyana" i greeted.

I looked up, "Hello Claw!" I replied, hoping I had gotten her name right.

I waved my tail and smiled faintly then walked away from the rocks, heading to more lfat land.
