I twitched my ears and spotted a female wolf gazing. "Who are you?" I asked.

I saw Shattered and stared back at him, wondering if he was a threat. "I'm Haru"

Coming back from the lines of the trees, I began to wonder how I should introduce myself. Just strut in, or shyly creep through the trees? It was a choice I didn’t know how to make, so instead I flicked my tail and walked in the territory.

I heard him reply. "I know, I've heard it from somewhere"

I smelled something unfamiliar.

I slightly growled, as I smelt the scent again. 'Well that wolf is back.' I said, seeing it walking, I stood up on my paws, and slightly raised my fur, "Who are you?" I asked.

Halting by a great tree, I hesitated before speaking out.
“My name is Aura.” I said, my voice light and welcoming.

My golden-amber eyes snapped open as I slowly got to my paws. I flicked my ears around and stood tall, sniffing the air as the cold night breeze seeped through my ashy black pelt. I let out a smoky like breath and flicked my tail to the side.

I wagged my tail slightly, but growled a bit. "I'm Haru."

I stood my ground, and said, "I'm Shattered, guard of The Blazing Flame pack, mind telling me your purpose here?"

Shifting to the sides a bit because of the growling, I lifted my muzzle and stepped back slowly. My figure was well built for fighting, even though it was hidden with my coat.
“I'm looking for a pack to join, since mine has broken...” I said, looking down at my paws.

I walked over to the wolf and sat by her. "It is hard right now, I understand, but you will pull through. We all will" I said glancing around.

Hesitating once more, I sat down also and pulled my ears back.
“I’m also looking for…Hassun. Is he here?” I asked in a whisper, sniffing the breeze for any other scents.

I nodded. "Oh Hassun, he's one of my old friends, yes he happens to be."

I blinked my amber eyes, turning my head to Haru.
“He is? He’s really here?” I wagged my tail lightly, then turned to Shattered and nodded.

I watched the wolves and flicked my white ears and walked forward. "Hello, I am Silence." I sad and sat down, licking my chest fur and then yawning.

I looked forward at the new wolf, memorizing his features and name.
“I am Aura.” I replied softly and carefully, bowing my head an inch.
Was this the Alpha? Or just another wolf like Haru and Shattered?
Then I glanced at Haru.
"Hassun...He's really here. I finally found him" My eyes showed relief.

I watched before I looked into the night sky, I gasped at its beauty. It was pitch black, with twinkling stars. I swished my tail before I perked my ears at the far away silent howl. I flickered my eyes to the wolves before slinking off, talking long strides as I ran towards the howl.

Watching Silence leave, I stood and let out a low bark.
“Where’s he going?” I asked, but shot after him before waiting for an answer. Curiosity burned at me while I kept out of sight of the male, making my way through the woods unseen and unheard.

I twitched my ears, 'Oh Boy..' I thought, and lazily trotted after his scent.

My whites paws carried me along the trees, my head high and my ears erect. I ran swiftly and silently as I blazed through the forest. My tail swished out behind me as the howling got a bit louder and I ran faster, my paws barely brushing across the soft earth. Then I caught the scent of a male wolf and I slowed, coming to a slow jog, then slowing to a walk as I lowered my head, my eyes casting around the shadows and my ears perked all the way forward.

I slid into the trees and sat besides a large oak, and watched quietly.
