The Old Arden Tree

He snarled at where Pure left, then turned to Kyana with a sigh.
" I apologize. Pure and I don't get along like others. "

"Oh," I said, not pursuing the topic further. "How many wolves are in the pack here?" I asked.

Sitting down, allowing the breeze to shake his coat, Hassun twitched an ear.
" I'm not really sure. This pack has a very long story, Kyana, but here I think there's about 8, more or less. "

I nodded slightly, "Are the Alpha's around?" I asked, wondering if I could be accepted.

I call out to Hassun, "Work for your own food! You slacker!"

" You will see them around. Blaze is his name. His coat is black and he has orange markings, not hard to miss. " Hassun ignored Pure's voice from the woods, wagging his tail lightly.

I glanced disapprovingly in the other wolf's direction, "Blaze?" I said, "Hm, I think I heard of him when I was a loner."

I hear the word Blaze. I come back. "Blaze is also my brother."

I flicked my tail looking around. "Hmmm..."

" Yes. He is well known. " He glanced at Pure with no expression.

I glanced at a wolf I hadnt noticed before, "Who is that?" I questioned.

"Are you constipated, Hass?" I ask with a look that looks like I am about to burst into laughter.Then I look at Kyana "I am PureBlood. The brown wolf in Haru."

I heard Hassun. I slightly trotted over to him, now seeing Pure and the unfamiliar wolf. Seeing Pure and Hassun, my first reaction was to run playfully over to them, but I trotted instead. "Hello!" I burst.

I wagged my tail a bit, "Hello," I said.

" Hello Haru. And See you later Kyana, looks like Pure here can show you around. "
He had enough of Pure. Standing, Hassun bumped his shoulder roughly against Pure's then ran off down the hill, hackles up and a growl rolling in his chest.

I smiled at Pure and shrugged, I started after Hassun

"Bye Hassun," I said after him. Feeling the tension between the two.

He slowed down while running, turning his head to Haru.
" Remind me why I don't attack him right now and get this over with?" He joked, slowing down more to a quick walk.

"If he did attack me, he would be a sorry loser there..." I mumbled.

I stood and shook my fur quickly, dislodging a leaf and looking around.

I nudged him and laughed a bit.
