I looked around the territory and then at Pure
"did everyone else just leave us?" i asked half to myself.

I looked down sadly "guess they thought their true loyalties lied with him. I joined when Blaze left, so Strong was my alpha yet i choose to stay" said and sighed.

Why did many follow him?
Was he better than the burning sun?
The few who stayed were loyal to the burning sun
The many who left were loyal to the twilight star..."

I listened and rested my head on my paws
"very true...we cant say one was better than the other..i dont know guess others just felt that they belonged with Strong, yet some were here waay before Blaze left?" she said, thinking out loud.

I got up and walked to the remains of the carcass and ate a few scraps. I snarled at a crow nearby.

I remember the meat I had. "Darn it, I forgot to at it!" I go to get some more meat, since my old piece was already eaten by a scavenger.

I took a chunk and walked off alone near a big rock and laid down and started chewing on the bone.

I stood in the forest, a bit off from where the doe had been killed. I was on higher ground, standing tall, the wind ruffling my black and orange fur as I lowered my head and pulled my lips back in a furious snarl. I saw Night, off in the trees over the lookout, chasing deer and stumbling. The lookout was more of a lower cliff and I picked my way down the rocks, my fur bristling. This was the day I would run my brother away from the Blazing Flame Pack, for his lies and how he hurt others. I quickly turned my trot into a fast gallop. I blazed towards Night, fur bristling and teeth bared, snarls and growls rising in my throat. The deer fled into the woods and then Night looked up, getting low and starting to flee as I pounced upon him, snarling madly. He looked confused and frightened as I pinned him, snapping at his face, when he whimpered I stopped and narrowed my eyes.

"What did I do?" He cried.

"You are banned from the Valley of Flames and from the Blazing Flame Pack, do not return or I will kill you." I snarled.

He looked hurt but then realized this was no joke and whimpered. I let him up and he fled, I chased him, far from my territory until his figure was no more then a speck in the distance. And I ran fast back towards Claw and PureBlood. It took me a while but I came slowly into the small clearing we had killed the deer in, panting hard as I flopped onto the ground on my side, my sides rising and falling as I breathed. "He...hes gone." I muttered and closed my eyes, panting.
