I watched him leave and had a feeling he would be back. I shook my coat and trotted to the river and lapped at some water.

I gradually reached a far rock and layed down, thinking about the male. He seems a bit.. different, I thought.

With a loud sigh, he rested his head on his large paws, falling asleep.

I into the forest and found a nice place under a oak tree and laid down falling alseep.

The sunlight shone through the branches of the tall ancient pines that created the forest I sat in. I gently put all my weight on the pine I rest against, my right leg came from under my body on the right side that was pressed up on the pine and my left leg was laying up against my side, a bit away from my belly. I shifted so that I sat normally and I let my tongue hang from my mouth, panting. My ashy gray coat ruffled strongly in the strong wind as I stood up and loped back the way I had came the night before. I was going to meet these wolves, see what they were like...I knew their leader loped around the forest somewhere, or he slept somewhere, and surely he might attack, or give orders to attack.

I shifted in my sleep, hearing something. I woke up and yawned, then shifted my head to the side and looked around at the forest, smelling that wolf from yesterday.

My foot steps were silent, accept for the silent brushing of my pads across the soft dirt. My ears perked as I came closer to the place and I came to a low cliff, where I saw the tree and some of the wolves. I laid onto my belly and watched them silently.

I noticed the bushes rustling and growled a little.

I got up and stretched my limbs, and shook my brown coat of the dirt. I trotted over to the river swiftly and lapped up some water, flicking my tail.

I clamped my muzzle shut from keeping a growl escape it and let my fur settle and my tail and ears stay still. I watched them and then shuffled my paws a bit, making my claws scrape against the rock and make a couple of them clatter down the cliff. Darn it! I thought and scurried back, finding a new hiding spot and watching them from there.

I snapped my head around, scanning over the rocks. Seeing nothing I trotted to the grass and sat down with my ears pricked and alert.

I ran over to where the rocks fell off, now knowing his scent well I could easily follow the wolf's scent if I wanted to. I kept my distance and decided to let the wolf show himself.

I shuffled my body, making no noise this time I slowly slunk down the cliff, hiding in all the underbrush and then getting the bottom I let out a shallow breath and stepped out from, behind the large rock, my fur rippling in the wind. I stood tall and did not approach any more, awaiting their actions.

I saw the wolf and slightly wagged by tail, but my fur stood also.

I saw Haru and stood, circling the area, keeping a good distance from the wolf.

I saw the wolf and my tail slowly and gently wagged back in response, but my fur was also ruffled and bristled along my spine a bit.

I got up slowly and slowly walked a bit towards the wolf but stopped.

I yawned and woke, up I shook my coat, and spotted Silence, on a rock. I sat down and eyed him, watching.

I leaped up on a larger rock and sat down, letting my fur settle I looked at them, swished my tail I spoke; "I am no harm..." I said quietly.
